the suite was very spacious. the corner sofa was also great!!! the supermarket across the road was very convenient.
The parking fee for the vehicle was very expensive. It was not transparent beforehand.

the location was very convenient. a great grocery store was across the street, and nice restaurants are nearby. my family found the staff cute and kind. the suite we had was spacious, i feel grateful for this stay.
the air conditioning unit made some noise. it was a small thing, and i am sure they will take care of that.

i found the lack of an on-site restaurant inconvenient , especially for breakfast. the coffee machine in the room was also unnecessarily complicated. laundry was expensive , requiring the purchase of multiple cards and costing a minimum of $20. additionally , the staff seemed generally unhelpful regarding late check-out.

Amazing Location and Suite!

The location is excellent. There's a supermarket right across the street, made getting supplies easy. I also enjoyed being close to many good restaurants. Walking to downtown attractions was simple and convenient.
The coffee machine was slightly complicated to use at first.

There are lots of good restaurants around the hotel. Nightingale, Blue Water, and Botanist were all within walking distance providing great dining options nearby, and a high-end supermarket is located opposite the hotel for provisions.

The building is clean and modern. The suite was great, especially for families with children. One room has two twin beds and the other a nice king bed. A fully equipped kitchen.

the room was very spacious with plenty of room to relax. it was also quiet and dark, a bonus for a light sleeper like me. i especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen area with everything i needed.
the gym could use a little updating, it felt a little outdated, i wish they had some newer equipment.

The full kitchen had a full fridge, a stove, and a microwave. This was very useful . The location was central. The hotel was easy to find and there was a supermarket conveniently across the road.
The parking fee was very expensive. I was not informed of this beforehand.

The location was central, close to many restaurants and shops. Tourist spots were easily accessible from the hotel. The staff was helpful.. The suite size and its amenities were very good.
Electricity outlets in both bathrooms did not work . This was somewhat inconvenient.
